Triglycerides are down. All numbers are in the normal range. Exercise and healthy eating have gotten me to this point and I couldn't have done it without YOU! Thank you Tina!!!"

With easy-to-follow workouts, weekly check-ins, and extras like recipes, Bible studies, and challenges, she found a system that worked for her busy life! The results? She is down 9% body fat, lost 37 inches and shed 14 pounds!
