Hi, I'm Tina—Your Christian Fitness

& Wellness Coach.

I believe fitness should feel freeing, not frustrating. Through simple movement, nourishing meals, and a Christ-centered mindset, I help men and women grow stronger in body, mind, and faith. Whether you're starting fresh or getting back on track, you're welcome here.

Tina provides so much education on nutrition and exercise, but is also awesome at reminding us every day is a new day! If you fall of the plan for a day, get up and get back to it! Aim for no zero days, which means if my life gets crazy busy and I may not be able to get my workout in, at least shoot for drinking my water, work towards my protein goals for the day. There is never any guilt or shaming from Tina. She truly wants to see everyone succeed! I also love the devotions and Christian piece she brings into this program.
